Nova Pasangha
Founder | Educator | Montessori Advocate
With around a decade of hands-on experience working with young learners at Christ Academy, I’ve dedicated my career to understanding how children grow, learn, and make sense of the world around them. Working closely with children every day taught me not just the importance of structure and pedagogy but the transformative power of empathy, observation, and trust in a child’s abilities.
My interest in child development grew steadily over the years, but it was my introduction to the Montessori method that truly shaped my educational philosophy. I was deeply impressed by its holistic approach — the respect it shows each child, its emphasis on independence, and how beautifully it supports natural learning. It resonated with everything I believed early childhood education should be.
This led me to found Nova’s Ark Montessori, a space designed to honour each child’s individuality and create an environment where learning feels natural, joyful, and meaningful. As a founder and educator, I am committed to building a school rooted in authenticity, scientific understanding, and genuine care — a place where children can grow with confidence and curiosity.
Joseph Pasangha

Joseph Pasangha is a respected leader with over two decades of experience in building and leading large organizations. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions in some of India’s leading healthcare institutions, where he has been responsible for driving operational excellence, strategic growth, and people development.
A firm believer in creating environments where individuals can thrive, Joseph brings to Nova’s Ark Montessori a deep commitment to nurturing potential, fostering strong communities, and building institutions that place people at their heart. His guidance and stewardship support the school’s vision of providing children with a respectful, joyful, and enriching foundation for lifelong learning.

Sylvia Radhakrishnan
Trustee | Animal Welfare Advocate | Environmental Steward
Sylvia Radhakrishnan is a passionate advocate for animal welfare and environmental stewardship, dedicating her voice and efforts to building a more compassionate and sustainable world. Through her work with stray animals and her commitment to environmental causes, she has inspired meaningful change within the community.
She brings to Nova’s Ark Montessori a deep belief in kindness, empathy, and respect for all living beings. Her values closely reflect the Montessori philosophy, encouraging children to develop a sense of responsibility, compassion, and connection to the natural world from an early age.
Aishwari Natarajan
Lead Montessori Educator | IMTC Trained
Aish brings over eight years of experience working with children in authentic Montessori environments across India and the USA. Trained through IMTC, she has guided infants, toddlers, and Casa children with a deep respect for each child’s unique pace of development.
Known for her calm presence and nurturing approach, Aish creates environments where children feel safe, capable, and inspired to learn. Her experience in counselling and parenting education further enriches her ability to support children and families with warmth and understanding.
